Cancellation Policy

***ALL EXISTING CLIENT *CANCELLATIONS* Please be sure to give a minimum of a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). *NO CALL/ NO SHOWS* If you no call/ no show you must pay the full amount (100%) of all booked services. *ARRIVING LATE* If you are more than 8 minutes late your appointment is subject to being adjusted or cancelled. ***ALL NEW CLIENTS*** Must make a deposit when you book. The deposit will go towards the total for your appointment. If you no call/no show or give less than a 24 hour cancelation notice you will lose your deposit.
